Faktenkontor, deep digital and Havana Orange bundle their competencies in PER

The Hamburg-based communications consultancy Faktenkontor, the digital specialist deep digital and the creative agency Havana Orange will merge into the newly founded PER Agency GmbH on 1 January 2023. The three companies are combining their portfolios to form a comprehensive range of services in the field of communication and will continue to focus on a data-based approach in the future. PER wants to keep up the growth course of the past years and increasingly win international clients.

PER stands for Performance, Evidence and Relevance – the three core elements that characterise the new communications consultancy. With above-average performance, evidence-based communication and relevant content, PER supports its clients in the development and implementation of cross-channel communication solutions.

PER will be located in Hamburg, Munich and Berlin with around 50 employees. In the course of the merger, the data-based communication approach will be further deepened, and the internationalisation will be advanced. As part of the Faktenkontor Group, PER wants to contribute to the further growth of the agency group and achieve promotion to the top 5 of owner-managed agencies in Germany.

Quartet guides PER into the future

Dr. Roland Heintze, founder and managing director of Faktenkontor, becomes PER’s sole managing director. Three experienced experts complete the leadership team and will take over the management in the future. Katja Schramm, previously Unit Director at Faktenkontor, will be responsible for “Corporate Communications”. Stefan Ehgartner, former COO of Havana Orange, will take over new business and the internationalisation of PER as Head of Corporate Marketing. Michael Reuter, previously Managing Director at deep digital, is responsible for Career and Digital.
